THE GMEPE/PAHCE

An independent forum for emerging medical technologies and innovations in procedures and techniques, equipment and appliances, which brings health care industries together with medical personnel, engineering and technical professionals, and those engaged in medical information technologies in the academia, hospital and clinical settings, and related sectors.

Welcome to the Global Medical Engineering Physics Exchanges (GMEPE) and Pan American Health Care Exchanges (PAHCE) Conference 2019. The purpose of this event is to create cooperation, collaboration and knowledge sharing opportunities between professionals and researchers in the areas of health care, biomedical engineering and medical technology industries. The conference will cover various subjects ranging from engineering and medical research to industrial practices. It will examine the latest progress and developments in medical physics, biomedicine, bioengineering, clinical engineering and the health industry.

We invite professionals to submit their work and sharing their research, its development and results. The selected abstracts and or papers will be published in the three official languages of GMEPE/PAHCE, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

The GMEPE/PAHCE 2019 event will take place from 26th to 31th March 2019 in the City of Buenos Aires. This city known in the world as the "Capital of Tango", is the capital of the Argentine Republic and is located in the central-eastern region of the country, on the western shore of the Río de la Plata. Buenos Aires is the main economic, political and social center of Argentina. 

Old and new, typical and cosmopolitan, the City of Buenos Aires is one of the most dynamic economies in the region. With a population of three million inhabitants, Buenos Aires is one of the cultural capitals of South America. The city’s infrastructure, its history and culture, and an architecture that combines the past with Avant-guard designs, are an invitation to the thousands of tourists that arrive all year round.

In Buenos Aires you can dance tango in its place of origin, you will understand how far the passion for soccer can go, you will celebrate and laugh until (very) late, you will taste all the flavors of the world in one city, you will know where Pope Francis lived grew up, you will enjoy its more cultural side and you will return with many friends. The most visited areas are: Abasto, Puerto Madero, San Telmo, Recoleta, Palermo, La Boca, and the downtown avenues, such as Corrientes.

Bienvenidos a la Conferencia Global Medical Engineering Physics Exchanges (GMEPE) y al Pan American Health Care Exchanges (PAHCE) 2019. Este evento busca crear relaciones de cooperación y articulación, profundizando el mutuo conocimiento entre profesionales de la salud, tecnología biomédica y en especial Ingeniería Biomédica. Aquí se divulgarán las últimas novedades en física médica, biomedicina, bioingeniería, e ingeniería clínica y la industria de la salud.
Se invita a los expositores hacer llegar sus trabajos con el propósito de divulgar ampliamente los logros presentes en sus proyectos de investigación, desarrollo y aplicación, buscando de esta manera compartirlos en los idiomas oficiales de GMPE/PAHCE, inglés, español y portugués.

El evento GMEPE / PAHCE 2019 tendrá lugar del 26 al 31 de marzo de 2019 en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Esta ciudad conocida en el mundo como la “Capital del Tango”, es la capital de la República Argentina y está situada en la región centro-este del país, sobre la orilla occidental del Río de la Plata.
