July 1, 2007.  Starting date for paper submission,  Recommended date for an email indicating an intention to participate.
September 21, 2007. Early abstract submission deadline.
This year due to the CLAIB Congress, BMES meeting, and received requests, the early submission deadline is extended to October 5, 2007. Earliest submissions especially to those who require a visa are strongly recommended.
October 1, 2007. A letter of abstract acceptance (early submissions)
October 15, 2007 - Early registration deadline: $200 (Participants requiring visa should register early)
Online registration starting August 1, 2007 (See Program - Registration)

 27, 2007 Regular abstract submission deadline.
A letter of  abstract acceptance upon receiving the abstract - allow two weeks from the date of submission.

*Approved abstracts/papers submitted during regular submission period will be published in the Conference Proceedings subject to registration and information provided to the authors.
